The portability that makes Macrium Reflect powerful also introduces a security risk: a lost USB drive containing full disk images of client systems is a liability. To mitigate this, I always encrypt my portable drive using BitLocker or Veracrypt, and I ensure the Reflect rescue media itself is password-protected. When used with discipline, however, the benefits vastly outweigh the risks.
