You can drag your locked files into the CodeWalker explorer. In many cases, saving the files back out through CodeWalker's "Edit Mode" strips the custom encryption, making them readable by other programs.

Modders often lock their vehicle models to prevent others from stealing or altering their work. When a file is locked, attempting to import it into ZModeler results in an "Access Denied" or "Encrypted file" error.
