After its theatrical run, KGF: Chapter 1 was acquired by Amazon Prime Video. The platform’s official English subtitles are the gold standard. The film opens with a young Rocky (played by Yash) who is a small-time miner in the Kolar Gold Fields. He meets a British mine owner, Garipai (played by Aine Anupama), who owns the local mine.
