Jungheinrich drive controllers require a stable 24V, 48V, or 80V (depending on model) supply. When battery voltage drops below the controller’s minimum threshold (e.g., 20V on a 24V system), the microcontroller inside the drive controller resets or stops sending CAN messages.
Either the wiring fault is intermittent (false hope) or the sensor resistance is borderline – fine at startup but drifts out of range when warm.
