You have an older version of FactoryTalk Directory (v6.10 or lower) installed. Fix: Version 13 requires Directory v6.20. You must uninstall ALL previous FactoryTalk products (View SE, Linx, Alarms, etc.) before installing v13. This is a clean install exclusive requirement.
